Customer service sucks here. I usually go to Jason's Nails on El Camino but they are always busy and had no room for walk-ins so I came to try this place out. Well let me just tell you, they don't do better nails than Jason's that's for sure. My nails were uneven and I had creases on my nails from them not doing it right. Seem like lazy workers. And the $35 pedicure? Not worth it. I have had basic hot stone pedicures for $20 better than the lady who lazily did my pedicure. It included a massage (it was a weak massage, didn't feel a damn thing) hot stones (which were not even hot) just overall experience sucked. And the lady goes to ring me out I gave each of them a $10 tip and she started laughing like I was suppose to give them more for their wack service. Don't go here. Not worth it.
I went here before and my a nail chipped within a day. I thought it was a fluke and came back again a few weeks later and realized they don't do good nails. The place is clean and the staff is nice. However, my get (shellac) nails chipped terribly within 3 days of coming here. In conclusion ,it's a waste of money... don't recommend.
I come here once or twice a year to get my highlights and my hair colored from Nancy! And she always gets the job done!
I've been coming to Image since they opened, I want to say about 5 years ago. Nancy, the Owner is just lovely. They give you your own tool box and line the pedi spas with liner for sanitary reasons. Their choices for polish are fair and I always leave a happy Customer. All her staff are s sweet. See you in two weeks Image!
My wife got her nails done here while I waited. They did such a good job! Full set of acrylics. Fast , affordable, great service.
