I was not impressed! my god, it's 95 degrees out and prob 90 degrees inside here. No warm greeting like Hi, how are you? How can I help you today? it was more like what u want!? omg filthy and rude. I agree with always giving positive reviews when deserved but no way on this place. Too bad, I live close and will be spending a lot of money elsewhere.
This place is absolutely filthy! I don't know how they can pass a health inspection. I started going here a couple years ago and I don't think it's ever been cleaned. Oh, and the bathroom!!! Disgusting. I have decided to go elsewhere in the future. I will say, they do a nice job on the pedicure but i can't take the filth any longer!
Went for the first time, they did my daughters pedicure in less than 10 minutes, I said something and their response was we fast! They charged me extra cause my nails are long, I never paid extra anywhere, they cut my big toe, we will never go back there again.
Took my dad for a pedi, the place was old and was not clean. Only two people working, and they were very slow at that. Watched a technician use nail cutters that were not sanitized on a client, himself, and then another client. He only rinsed them off in the sink once. The worst thing there was listening to music In another language that none of the customers understood. I didn't care for the music style and would have preferred almost any music or even news in English instead.
I wouldn't even give this place any stars. I have finally learned my lesson. I get desperate and go there because it's so close to my house. The couple that runs the place are so rude. Once they told my 6 year old daughter that her legs were so hairy; really?!? Every time I have gone my polish chips off the next day and then they want to charge for a repair. Sorry! Do it right the first time! Never again. Go to any other place I Citrus. These people are jerks. Terrible customer service!
