50/50 chance they keep your massage appt. I have booked 4 and 2 of them have been canceled last minute- within 15min of my appointment time. Both times for "emergencies". Be prepared that there is a big chance they cancel. Guess a clients time to plan, take off work, and be punctual isn't as important.

I strongly discourage visiting this place. They are highly inconvenient and display a complete disregard for people's time and needs. On February 7, 2023, I contacted them to schedule a massage appointment following my surgery, as I was in dire need of one. I specifically inquired if they could accommodate me, and the person I spoke to assured me that they could. She mentioned that she would call me back after consulting with the massage therapist to check their availability. When she called back, she asked whether I preferred a male or female therapist, and I expressed my preference for a female therapist. She asked me some questions regarding my surgery, informed me about their availability, and successfully scheduled me for a massage on February 9th, 2023, at 1 pm.

After the phone call, I received a confirmation text message for my appointment, along with a link to fill out an intake form. I completed the form, and the next day (February 8th, 2023), I received another confirmation/reminder text. However, on the day of my appointment, instead of receiving a courteous call, I received a text message from someone named Chasity, notifying me that they had canceled my massage. The reason given was that the massage therapist "didn't feel comfortable" performing the massage, mentioning that they were only trained to perform it prior to the surgery. This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating because they had two whole days to inform me before the appointment, allowing me to seek an alternative elsewhere. Moreover, it is mind-boggling that they asked me about my surgery and proceeded to schedule the appointment, only to cancel it through a text message because the massage therapist was uncomfortable. It is unacceptable to waste people's time in such a manner due to their inability to fulfill their job responsibilities.

Save yourself the hassle and find another establishment that values your time. Support a business that genuinely prioritizes their customers and respects their commitments.

made an appointment for a massage the day before. I received an email the same day I made the appointment asking me to come in at 2:00 instead of 2:30. I thought I could make it by 2:15 but shortly realized that was possible. I communicated via email that I wouldn't be able to make it there by 2 and that I would need to reschedule. I was then charged $155 for rescheduling my appointment. I could have been there by 2:30 but "Heather" didn't even bother to let me know that 2:30 was still acceptable. Absolutely terrible communication skills. I've recommended this place to several friends because of the great customer service I received in the past but lesson learned.

Got manicure and pedicure. Will never go back. It was over priced and they did what they called a "dry manicure" which hurt so bad - they didn't wet my hands at all or put cream on my cuticles just took the metal tool and shoved back my skin. I got cut twice around my nails so I was bleeding. The polish didn't even last a day. They didn't dry my nails with a dryer or lights. Nothing. My toe nail polished was ruined as well. After a two hour dry time, my 5 year old son stepped on my big toe with his bare feet and pulled the whole big toe polish right off! So after spending $92, I have two fingers that are bloody on the edge, the nail polish is cracking and chipping after only having them done yesterday. My toe nail is not fixable so it's missing all the polish. This was supposed to be a treat as we never get to spend money like this and I'm so disappointed. I honestly am shocked at how terrible of a job this was. The nail technician was very nice but that can't make up for the service that I received. I wish I could get a refund.

My husband gifted me a gift certificate for our Wedding Anniversary. Charity was amazing. The foot facial was the service I received. I was truly pampered. I will go back to try some of their other services.
