Great place to get your haircut. All of them are amazing. The store is always clean. They really try hard to make people happy.
If you don't truly have a return policy DO NOT ADVERTISE THAT YOU DO! I went to a location in a different city over the weekend and blindly purchased three products without reading the ingredients (I'm highly allergic to wheat protein) and wouldn't you know all three had it in the products. I just left a location in my town after being told I could return anywhere and was refused. Not only is the product unopened but I have the receipt and original form of payment. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. I understand I should have paid more attention however I should have at least been offered store credit if you don't have an actual return policy.
Stylist are doing their part and sanitizing in between every client and keeping the entire salon clean. Staff is very friendly and courteous They have changed management and have a whole new staff. I would recommend this location to anyone!
I checked in online, got there, had zero wait time, got a regular scissor cut and was out in no time. The ladies there were very sociable and welcoming. Very good experience.
