The lady who checked me in was kind and sweet. I'd go back to try again with her. However, the person who I had was awful. I still tipped , but she deserved nothing. She was rude, and her salutation was " name," and then " if your kid can't sit still or cires, I'll stop," and said, "Excuse me ," and she repeated herself. Her mannerisms were not helpful to calm anyone. My kid did wonderful thx to a little video on my phone. afterward, the other lady wished us a good holiday and asked if he wanted a lollipop and said my kid did great. The terrible hair cutters name was Alessia, I believe. Perhaps having a rough day , but wow, just full of attitude. Snip it's vs this , easy peasy.

Checked in online. The website claimed 85 minutes. I got there within 85 minutes...my name was off the list and I never received a text. Was matter of factly told the computer checkin wasn't their responsibility and do you want to check in again now and wait 45 minutes. Utterly unacceptable.
My son and I we had an aweful experience here with this stylist called Bri or Bre , anyway the one with piercings all over her face. She did not have patience for my three 3 year old nor to cut hair period. I even show her a picture of what I wanted to look like, but she just couldn't do it or more specific didn't have the patience to do it. Also she was really harsh to my child. This is for me someone who has no talent to cut hair at all.

I was told eight minutes. when I got there they asked me if I was the appointment and I said yes. then told me it would be 21 minutes. no explanation no apology just sit and wait as the chairs were full. I needed a haircut so I waited. after a six minute haircut I was told I was done. I asked why I had to wait to wait when I had an appointment and I was told people came in ahead of me. what is the sense of making an appointment if they're gonna take walk-ins? I was so upset and disgusted that I just left. this is one place to stay away from!!!
