DO NOT COME HERE. I asked for a simple trim (I had grown out layers) and showed my "stylist" Roxana a picture just to make sure and she said she could do it. She said she'd only need to take about an inch off yet she continued to hack my hair until it looked like this!! I didn't notice how horrible it was until I got home because she had wet my hair so much and brushed it back! I was able to get my money back (obviously) but not the $10 tip I gave her. They asked if I wanted it "fixed" but I declined since obviously a trim is something above their abilities. Roxana needs to be fired and find a new job.
The reason this place gets a one star review is because their prices are insane. I have a a-line cut with an under shave. I go in for just my under shave to be cleaned up and they still charge full price for a haircut when I see men come in to get the same thing and they get charged for a neck trim (which is half the price) and they will comb the dudes hair. I was annoyed the last time I came here because the stylist cleaned up my under shave, but in the process while putting up my hair, made it very messy and then when she took her clips out, my hair was still incredibly messy, and didn't offer to comb it real quick. Shouldn't pay $26 for a "hair cut" that took less than 10 min to then have to comb my hair in my car.
We've gotten a variety of different hair dressers and we haven't had any issue. They were all for male cuts. They have an online check in that allows you to put ur name down while your heading over. I love that they make a note of the hair style from previous visit and asked us if we should go off the previous cut.
Worst haircut ever, no wonder the "stylist" didn't even bother to show me the back. I have a large patch of hair missing near my neckline, which is one one of the few places left on my head that has full hair. The neckline wasn't even cut straight, It was all over the place, so bad I had to go home and try to fix it myself in the mirror. To the young girl with glasses, find a new profession because your horrible.
