Great Clips in Tulsa, OK

Took my 3 year old son to great clips to get his hair cut, I've been to this one twice. the first time we had an amazing experience the lady was super sweet and my son did amazing. Today when my son went in the woman who was doing his hair was super sweet and nice. my son started crying and freaking out and she handled it amazingly. she was calming him down with me. another hair dresser came up to us (she had purpleish hair) and she was so rude. she said his crying was bothering her and asked if we were almost done. I ended up telling the person doing my sons hair that it looked fine and just to call it good. she did an amazing job but it was pretty embarrassing that the other lady working there was so disrespectful. I paid $8&gave$20tip since i know my son crying a lot&was harder to work with.

Witnessed a male stylist behave rudely towards a prospective client. The stylist made inappropriate remarks to the man. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend this business. New to town and Not coming back.

I got a terrible haircut 2 months ago.  The cut was horrible.  I went back today, because they are near me.  Big, big mistake. I had a different stylist this time.  When I got home, I saw that my hair had been butchered again. Never, ever go here. I am so embarrassed by my trim.

I took my son to get a trim, when we walked in both woman looked like they were under the influence. I should have turned around and went somewhere else however I did not. Chris helped us, my son who is 8 years old and gets hair cuts MONTHLY kept complaining how much she was hurting him. I finally stopped her and asked why it was hurting him. She replied, "She has to go fast because she's timed." My son was in tear he was in so much pain. I finally told her to STOP and told my son to let's go! She told me she would fix it and I told her NO, I will take him to someone that does not hurt him and tell me that they are timed. I called corporate and they were very apologetic, they sent my information to the owner because they are owned by different people. I've yet to hear from the owner. I WILL NOT BE BACK. WORST SERVICE EVER! Management sucks, workers are on drugs. I wish I could rate it a 0 stars.

Friendly ladies here that give a good haircut.  I have a few suggestions to improve your shop. Don't let hair lay around.  The customer should not have to walk through hair on floor ever. Get a reception girl. It is very annoying to have welcome to great clips yelled in your ear while getting  haircut. Also once you start giving a haircut you should never leave to check someone in.
