I had Lisa cut my hair at miracle mile! I think this is the best my hair ever looked! Super happy!!!!!!!
One of the worst haircuts I have ever had! I showed a picture to the "stylist" and said I would like it slightly longer than the picture showed. Well it got cut way shorter than the picture! I ended up with a chopped up uneven pixie type haircut with 2 strips of hair on each side of my head "so I could tuck it behind my ears". HUH?! My hair has never been this short in my entire life! I had to fight tears as I walked out looking at my hair on the floor. Less than an hour later I went back to get the "wings" cut off the sides, at which time a different "stylist" (a different one because the original cutter had left for the day) basically just chopped them off. No blending. Nothing. I will never step foot in this place again, and I strongly discourage anyone else from going there!
I will not be returning. My hair looked terrible and they wanted me to jump through hoops for a refund. I'm so embarrassed.

This Great Clips is the location closest to my house. I stopped going there a few years ago when the stylist thinned my hair, and she thinned it so short that it spiked up for months. I had a coupon on my phone, so I decided to give them another try. Problem 1 was they wouldn't take their own coupon. They told me I had to have a paper coupon. The electronic one on my phone wasn't acceptable. After that, the stylist was in such a rush she kept hitting my head with the clippers and her brush. She didn't follow my simple instructions to use a number 3 clipper halfway up the back of my hair and do the rest with scissors. She kept taking out shorter and shorter combs and clipping higher and higher up the back of my head. I won't be giving them a third chance.
