T Nails LLC in Toledo, OH

Worst place ever. I went in and got my nails and toes done. They used old polish within hours my white toe polish turned brown. They told me it's something I did. No they use old polish. I'll never ho here again. Go at your own risk.

I went to this nail salon and the male constantly dipped into other conversations and didn't focus on my nails. He used old nail polish that was leaving strings and bumps. I told him. His response was that I was being too picky and I could do them myself if I thought I could do a better job. He said this in front of other customers. I told him I paid for a service and I expect them to look nice. He has ridges in my nails from not buffing properly and nail polish on my fingers like I painted them. Needless to say I won't return. They say his wife does a better job, but I will not spend my money in this business again.

I stopped in today to get a simple polish. I have natural nails which had gel polish on them. I explained to the guy that I had natural nails and all I needed was to have the gel polish removed, and then a re-polish. Simple, or so I thought. For whatever reason, he attempted to lift the nail polish on my pinky finger with his bare hands and he yanked it, ripping off my nail in the process. I screamed because it hurt, and I asked him why he didn't use a drill or soak them off. To which he proceeds to blame me, stating that the nail was already cracked. This was not true. My nails were fine until he decided to yank the polish off. Now why he did this is anybody's guess. Instead of apologizing for what he did, he wanted to put an acrylic nail on the nail that he damaged. And to add insult to injury, when he did use the drill to remove the remaining nail polish off my pinky finger, he burnt me with the drill. That was it. I had enough, and told him how unprofessional he was and I walked out without getting my nails done. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would because this was one of the worst service I have ever had in my entire life. There are plenty of reputable nail salons in the city. Avoid this one at all costs. I would not return here even if the service was free.

My husband and I live in florida. We came to Toledo to visit family and I wanted to find a nice place to get my nails done. The facility is not as nice as I would have liked. The customer service was horrible! The male nail tech was rough and when other customers walked in to ask how long the wait was, he was very rude with his responses. He told me when I sat down that the machine was down so it would be cash. I was fine with that, but I had to tell my husband (who was waiting outside) to run to the atm. The nail tech kept bringing it up about going to the atm and pointed out that my car hadn't moved yet. I said that I informed my husband and he would be leaving shortly to get it. When he finished with my nails, he told me to wait in my seat (instead of sitting in an available seat up front). I noticed that the other nail tech went to lock the door and it didn't register until later that they thought I would run out of the nail salon without paying. As a college graduate and a teacher, I was mortified with this! As I was leaving, the nail tech that did my nails seemed to be in a good mood asking a white customer about politics, etc. I noticed that the door was no longer locked after I left. If I were you, I would definitely find somewhere else to get your nails done. No one should be made to feel that way.

wish I could give this place no stars the guy was on his phone the whole time didn't ask me what length I wanted and made me bleed in several places on my finger all he cared about was his phone completely not paying attention he put so much pressure on my nails while filing that it hurt and I just wanted the whole experience to be over I'm never going here again
