Had the best experience! Child's Haircut. We snuck in for a quick trim for my daughter the night before picture day. First, this location is opened an hour later than most. We walked in close to close (5:15 on a Sunday) and they worked her in. The ladies there were both very friendly and helpful. Natalie is so talented. She did a little boys cut before us and it was one of the best kids haircuts I've ever see. He was smitten and his mom loved it. She did the same for my daughter. I asked for a trim but she took care to clean up her layers, apply a leave in conditioner and dry it so she could see what it looked like. This was easily a $45 service for under $20. I know the chains can have a reputation for not providing the best quality cuts -- but these ladies Natalie and Emily? They know how to cut hair, have great chairside manner and went out of their way to fit us in at the end of the day. Thank you!

We have been bringing my 3 kids to this Great Clips location for about 3 years. All of the stylists work well with my kids, listening to what they want their hair to look. Down fall is it seems the staff/stylists turn over is high... there are a few who have some employment longevity, but there is always a couple new stylists with every visit. The prices have gone up several dollars in the past few years and there seems to be less coupons to use as well. We have run into a mis-cut and we returned a few days later & the manager recut it for free, no waiting either. Love the on-line check-in too!

I got my hair cut at a different great clips location. The person who did it ruined my hair. I had sections longer then the other. And was so uneven. My right side was longer then the left. Just horrible. When I called and spoke with the manager at the Taylor location she felt so bad that the westland location was being so rude. And she fixed what she had done no cost. Even though it wasn't done at that great clips. She did a fantastic job. She was able to get my hair to look normal. And it wouldn't have been easy with how bad the other place did it. I will definitely be going back.
