Walk ins are not welcome! Remember to make an appointment. Always like coming here when in town.
They do not accept walk ins. I had made an appointment and was greeted but no one asked my name or anything I waited around the front for a few minutes (less than 5) when a gentleman finally asked if I had an appointment. He sat me down and started working on me for my fill, and halfway through working on me he switched me to another person. I was fine with it, but not the greatest first impression or service but no big deal. The other gentleman who worked on me, took his time, and we didn't talk much, but I felt like my overall experience was just average. I paid about $45 plus $10 tip for these and I feel just meh about it. The overall atmosphere of the place looks clean but no one else talked at all when I was there and it didn't seem like any of the employees were super thrilled to be there. If you need just a quick fill, this place is fine but don't expect anything extra like a hand massage or towels. He just put cuticle oil on me and called it good. There are plenty of good nail salons out there. I would spend my money elsewhere. I don't think I'll be back.
I have been to Lovely nails twice. No complaints either time. It's better if you make an appointment. They did an excellent job on my nails. I will be back!
This place doesn't like black people and refused to service me an hour before they closed. this company takes walk in appointment. I arrived at 6:10 pm and was turned away for no reason. The guy said beca their closed but their door was open. Everyone being serviced was white.
This is the best my nails have looked in months! My job as a flight attendant is tough on my nails so I do the SNS powder. I also needed a manicure. Steve did my nails. He did such a thorough job and was very kind and gentle with my hands. I love this merlot color for February and highly recommend Lovely Nails!
