I will call corporate and send video. A nasty lady was supposed to cut my 5 year old daughter's hair, I have video and calling state and making police report, she brushed it for 10 minutes not bracing her head or anything to wear my daughter cried for 10 minutes before someone else stepped in and said she's cutting it short why are you still brushing it? I knew she was being rough and she continued to watch my daughter cry in the mirror like she enjoyed it. My 5 YEAR OLD IS COMPLAINING THAT HER NECK HURTS NOW! NO ONE SHOULD DO THAT TO A CHILD!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

If you hated your job would'nt it be up to you to find another job that you did like? Well that was my question when the chubby red head was yanking my head around and grousing about her lunch break, the only time she spoke by the way. This was my first time and I wish I had read the reviews first, I could've saved myself the trip. As far as the cut, I would grade it as below average, not horrible, but not good either. The determining factor as to whether I go back or not was the person that cut my hair. She should'nt be working with the public. Triumph Food perhaps, or some other type of factory work, but someone with that type of personality should NOT be representing your business. Fantastic Sams I miss you already!

I've been several times and have had pretty good results. Granted there has been an occasional cut that wasn't as good but you kind of get what you pay for. They always have reduced coupons, little wait if you check-in online, and the staff has always been very courteous and upbeat!

I feel sick giving them one star. If there was a choice of 0 stars, I'd do that. This place is the worst, I'm sorry, TERRIBLE! Avoid this place like the plague! I've gone here 5 times and each time they've messed up my hair and did everything wrong. Do they hire people who know how to cut hair?

I mean I see their certificates saying their "certified". Yeah right. Just never go here. This place should be called "Your Great Mom Would Run Out of Her Chair To Stop the Hair Stylist from Cutting your Hair Wrong, Clips". Kind of ironic how it's called Great Clips. I've given this place 5 chances. They've messed up. Hire people who know how to cut hair correctly. Sorry.

Hope I can come back in a year or so to give them another chance. I still have uneven hair from my last haircut there.
