Great Clips in Springfield, MO

Very nice staff. They cut the way I request it. By doing the sign in ahead of my arrival always helps with time waiting.

So, usually I just get my hair shaped , trimmed up a little.  Today I went in for an actual haircut.  I should have left when the tech went to get her boss to look at the picture I brought in.  Then she asked if I thought it looked ok, um NO. Got her boss again who said to cut it a little shorter on top and she starts cutting the sides AGAIN. She stops and asks me what I think. I'm sure she didn't really want me to say because I could have had my husband do better with the clippers at home or maybe a weed wacker. Sides are not even, didn't even check to make sure they matched.  Also, why were licenses not posted at the individual stations? Isn't that a violation? Paid her and got out before it got messed up even more. If she couldn't do the cut, she should have passed it off to someone who could. Apparently all they want to do is trim hair and call it a haircut.

For 17$, I received the worst looking haircut I have in ages. And I've been around for a while. People pulled down my mask to "serve me better". Waste of money...

Came here so my grandson could get a hair cut, we used the express check-in using there app, that worked out well.
We were grated by friendly staff person, finished checking is in and we waited the time that was told to us, A+ on that.
My grandson was grated by the hair stylist Amy and she was very friendly and kind, she brought me back asked what I wanted his haircut too be. She was gentle and she talked with him and made him feel very relaxed.
There haircut when finished was what I see for and he absolutely loves it, she spiked his hair and he thought that was the cat's meow.
We were visiting from out of town, but if we're ever back this way and need a haircut we will be back here.

Went in to ask to use their restroom, told them it was an emergency. The first girl I spoke with said it's for customers only. I told her I would buy something JUST so I could use their bathroom, again, it was an emergency and no public restrooms nearby. As I started walking back to the bathroom, the other worker, sitting down on her butt in the chair, told me I, "actually would have to buy something first before I could use their bathroom." I am not a homeless person, nor do I look like a homeless person. If someone is having an emergency and has even offered to BUY SOMETHING to use your restroom, it's obviously pretty important. To turn me away because I needed to buy something first is just heartless and inhumane. I wouldn't treat a wild dog the way I was treated in this store today. Wow. Great Clips living up to your reputation- subpar talent and zero human compassion and decency. Good call
