Great Clips in Sonoma, CA

I've been getting a haircut in this place for a year and there is only maybe two girls in there that give decent haircuts!! You would think that the others who I've allowed to cut my hair only because of the cheap price and those other two girls weren't there -that I would except a little collateral damage but my God after year the shame individuals just can't figure out that you just can't cut the hair, any which Way not to mention there looking around and lack any focus!! I am t was amazing too is that just a half hour prior to me there was another client who didn't allow his barber to finish his head either cause she was so bad in not only the haircut, but also she was hurting him around his ears!! In my case I got butchered !! I mean, if you look at my head I can't believe that they don't have no dexterity on cutting the left side of your head to the right side of your head !! I'm a 67-year-old man you don't cut my hair like I'm a 12 year old boy using the shears on the back of my head up halfway like a 12-year-old on his first day of school !! no matter how many times I told them they just they look around and they wanna talk !! How about just focus and pay attention to the cut. Holy crap never again will I ever step foot in GreatClips !! do you know initially I would allow the collateral damage just as I am certain a lot of the men do, but that was only because of the cheap price and instead what you guys have done lately is just keep increasing the price and I'm not cheap. I give the girl a five dollar tip ALWAYS!! And your haircuts just increase constantly over the last six months, and now your haircuts are $24 dollars !! NEVER AGAIN!!

If you go to this great clips, go on a Wednesday or Thursday if you can, and get your haircut by Molly, unfortunately those are the only two days she works, she's great at her job. Nothing against the other stylist. First time she cut my hair, she cut it exactly the way I asked her to, every time after that, she knows exactly what to do!!

I've been using Great Clips in Sonoma since it opened and have always had a good / very good / great haircut. Wednesday (14th), however, was a very different story: I had the most abysmal haircut of my life that looked worse than when my 5 year nephew found a pair of scissors and gave himself a haircut. (Apologies if it is a shared station). My hair was 'mauled' by the woman who was working in the first station on the right on Wednesday 14th December around 11:00. In my opinion she has no right to call herself a hairdresser. I came in for my usual regular guy haircut and ended up with one in which one side was about half an inch longer than the other; one side being fairly neatly layered the other pretty much hacked to various lengths, some areas very short. The back was sloping and equally unevenly layered and the bangs were jagged and sloped from one side to the other. None of this was apparent until I got home because when your hair is wet and combed into place all looks acceptable. It took my wife, who has some hairdressing experience half an hour to tidy up the mess. Avoid her station like the plague or you will be sorry. It was such a bad haircut that it prompted me to leave this review. Unfortunately it didn't occur to me to photograph the abysmal fiasco before my wife fixed it. I reiterate, avoid the first station on the right...

I just got my hair cut from Tammy and I have to say she is outstanding. I have short, very styled hair, and she took her time, made sure to ask questions about what I wanted while she cut, and then proceeded to give me an $80 hair cut for exactly $22. She is amazing. She's there Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Great Clips is fortunate to have such a talented employee.

The stylist was able to take me right away w/o an appt. Good service and cut. That's it.
