The stylists cut my ear with the clipers at the start of the hair cut. Never said sorry nothing. When she was finished with hair cut asked if I cut my ear. I told her she did it and she denied it said I must have done it . I told her she did it with the clippers and still said I must have done it. Never said sorry nothing may not be going back.

Poor customer service. Husband has been going there for several years. Walked in today, gave up his spot to someone who wanted stylist he was abt to get..did a nice thing. afterwards they kept taking pple who signed in on line b4 him! When confronted, their response was "not their fault he gave up spot, pple who sign in on line have preference". Try to do a nice thing and this us what you get. Will NEVER go bk!
Needed a quick cut, wasn't looking for anything fancy but wow was I surprised! Enter stylist Danny, he took me right away, fixed a previously botched cut from another salon and left my hair more gorgeous than I have seen it in years! Yay, for good surprises! Definitely, recommended!
Cheap, but you get what you pay for. And when the girl cuts your hair way shorter than you want and it's crooked, then she argues with you when you say something, you're just stuck with it. Their solution is cut it again. Not cool, it's already too short. Spend a little more money and go to a better place.
