Great Clips in Santee, CA

I left this location extremely upset after seeing Michelle in Santee. I had asked for bangs while taking into consideration my hair is pretty thin. I showed an example photo and she said it was no problem at all. She proceeded to cut 2 pieces of hair and then was done. Again, I FULLY acknowledge that I don't have the most hair to work with. I think it speaks volumes on the LACK of integrity Michelle as well as the business has. I paid $10 for my "bangs" after waiting over 45 minutes to be helped. I was in the chair for 10. I would have rather her been honest and say she can't do it than take my money.

Really great service from Carol! I downloaded their App and was able to check in for our haircut and save our place in line! It was super easy and we were able to be seen immediately upon walking in. The location is right next to Baskin Robbins with plenty of parking right up front. The salon was very clean and everything ran efficiently. Carol was very patient with my teenager, listened intently to what was requested, and remembered stuff we'd mentioned that I'd even forgotten through the process. It was so refreshing to have real attention throughout the cut. She continued to check in throughout the process to ensure we were happy along the way. Exceptional service and a great value.

Told them my grandson didn't want a haircut so could they do just a trim so he wouldn't freak out?? They young lady (didn't catch her name, sorry) made him feel at ease and washed and trimmed it to his liking and he left a happy camper

I was apprehensive about going to Great Clips because I'm very picky. I don't not tried it because I had a coupon and was pleasantly surprised at the great haircut I got. Savannah was the woman that cut my hair. I will definitely be going back! I do wish they made appointments though stead of just walk ins.

No, just No! I went in and asked for just 2 inches off the back(straight across) and trim my bangs. Mom's Funeral was the next day. Got home had to try and fix my bangs(Crooked). She had said after trimming and done, "oh you have a Cowlick?" She didn't even measure the length in front like the usually do. Thought about that later, I was stressed then. The next night, I slept with braids because my hair tangles...there are pieces sticking out all over?!! I asked my husband who doesn't notice anything and he was like "oh yeah" and "wow", that's not good. I tip well. Wanted to go back, but No. Stay away from the lady who says her name sounds like a "flower". $22. plus $6. tip is a lot for what my husband could have done.
