My son received the worst cut of his life. Jan cut his sideburns crooked and at different angles. She didn't bother cleaning up the back or neck line. Jan cut his bangs straight across making him look like Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber. Spend the extra money and take your children to Fat Tony's!! Jan please go back to beauty school and prevent other children from being embarassed by your lack of talent.
If I could leave no stars I would.... Just went to great clips over by Walmart. Worst experience of my life. My usual lady wasn't there which I didn't want to do in the first place. But I said I'll give it a try..... yeah no either sticking with her only or just will wait. They sat me down in the chair and didn't even spend five minutes on it. She used a 0 and another guard and that was it for the side. Drenched the side in water.... Which I've never had a hair stylist do when going back in with clippers.... Then ran thinning sheers a couple times through it and said we're done. That's just the first part..... then we had gotten a coupon a couple weeks ago for me and one a couple days ago for him in the mail........ I'm already extremely upset but just keeping my cool. She goes to enter the coupons which takes her what seemed like forever and then says one of them have been used........and then says "looks like it's going to be full price". Knowing that I wouldn't have gone in the first place because I'm not the person to go get a service and not have the money..... they were rude asf and didn't even try to help resolve the situation. All the good stylist left and I won't be back here unless I see the one lady I go to there. I could sit here and wish hateful things on them and cusss, this that and the other. But karma my girl and it's not about if but when. Have whatever day you deserve ladies.
Out of my 34 years of getting my haircut this was the worst!!!! There Staff was very rude not caring of my health or safety they gave me a weird look because I didn't sign up on line before I came to get my haircut I will never return to this great clips no matter how bad I need my haircut I felt like very uncomfortable at this place

The whole experience was better than average. The girl was very friendly and she made pleasant small talk through the haircut. I gave her a general idea what I wanted with my hair and she made a few suggestions. I told her about a cowlick problem and she worked around it perfectly.
