if I could give zero stars and leave a photo I would. I have tried several times to get my boys' hair cut here and it gets worse every time. save the headache of having to recut at home and just go somewhere else.
my grandma went to get a haircut at this haircut place and they completely ignored her and the people working there were just talking and then when they looked at her they ignored her btw there was other people. im Not going to lie. more people showed up (btw they were white while my grandma is dark skinned) they attended the people then they left. Then they are about to close and my grandma finally says something and they took her in. she said they did a bad job. DONT recommend COMING HERE
They did a great job on the haircuts for my son and I. However, I made a reservation online ahead of time, yet still waited an additional over 15 minutes once in the store. Three stars subtracted because they need to do a better job predicting the wait. I had errands to do tonight and could have used the time wasted sitting and waiting to get more done. I recommend going to one of the Great Clips locations instead.
I went to get my haircut for first time in years they were super friendly and it was really fast only took like 15min after I had got there
The 1 Star was only for speed of service- however, I did check in on the app for faster check in times. The actual hair cut was terrible.... I already have another hair appointment scheduled at a salon to try to fix the mess. I showed the stylist a picture of the hair style I liked. She did not section out my hair and just started cutting. My hair was not wet down, nor checked to see if both sides of my head were equal in length. I straightened my hair today and have sections of longer hair throughout the bottom of my hair. I cannot even wear my hair down due to how noticeable the variances in length are. Side note: they stylist also had terrible hand hygiene. She continually coughed into her hand then combed her fingers in my hair without any sanitation. It was gross---- I would not recommend this Great Clips location-- they say you pay for what you get, and that's never been more true.
