red head lady cut off the entire right side of my mullet without asking and now the back of my head looks ridiculous. can't cover it up with a hat either. i am very upset to say the least.

My hair turned out great! I love it and the app is super easy to use and very helpful. Don't have to plan for a haircut a day in advance. Then I didn't have to wait to long. The hair dressers were nice. But also made sure to get to the point, didn't spend to much time talking. For me that's a plus but others might feel different. But overall a pretty pleasant experience.
They keep asking me waiting and didn't say how long I still had to wait. Ended up staying there for 50mins and I had to leave with no haircut. Such a waste of time
