I've been coming to the Windmiller Plaza location in Pickerington for six years now. I've seen staff come and go, but collectively they've been pretty professional and courteous...no problem there. I'm an older guy and I notice a lot of men my age and younger tend to come here. Great. But I told them from the start that I have had difficulties checking in online in the past, and so have finally resorted to just coming in and giving them my telephone number. Today, I found out a chilling and foreboding fact: they take online check-ins ahead of regular check-ins...even if the regular check-ins get there first. I feel sorry for the old folks without computer access. Word out to all of you youngster cosmetologists: Old Lives Matter. I just set up an account...ONLINE...with one of your competitors. I hope they enjoy Bingo over there.
I've had good experiences here but the bad experiences trump the good. Today I took my son for his bi monthly haircut. We got a lady that I've never seen before. Not only did she cut off half of his eyebrow, she didn't know how to blend his taper. The manager had to finish his cut. To make matters worse, when I told the woman that she cut my sons eyebrow, instead of apologizing, she said, "oh". (Mind blown)
