I would never return to Great Clips on Honeygo Blvd. again. As Loretta was cutting my grandson's hair, she commented that he has "those" ears. Making fun of a 4 year old child's ears that protrude is not ok. I will never go back there again. So rude.
If I could give zero stars I would worst experience ever for my god son. They completely messed up his hair right before Easter. They had the audacity to try and cover it up as well. Then when he went back they proceeded to act like they did nothing wrong. refused to even fix or give the money back. Don't ever go there! Also the manager/owner melissa is a joke as well!

I took toddler. Erin was terrible I told her my toddler does best when sitting on my lap and said we should try putting toddler in chair so I did. As a result my toddler got upset had to play cartoons on phone to calm her down, and that annoyed her. Then when cleaning myself off from all the hair she made a rude gesture behind my back to her coworkers. Obviously she's unprofessional and unaware of her surroundings as I can see her in the mirror. Duh!
