I diddnt get the ladies name but she has no clue how to give a low fade..i went in with a head full of hair and she just did her own thing..wouldnt recommend.
Don't listen, I asked for a buzz no fade and even out my right side of my hair bc it was badly done( clip the long pieces that I pointed out) she gives me a fade and trims over an inch off my sides, awful I told her it looked good and to stop twice and she kept cutting
Checked in online like they prefer and had walked in at the perfect time for me to check in and be next for a haircut. But the haircut lady "Kelly" told me that the lady next to me had been waiting awhile and that she would be next instead of me. I don't know what the point of checking in online when you end up waiting in the end. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
