To start off the girl didn't know what curtain bangs were. There was absolutely no sectioning at all. Took the girl ten minutes to ruin my hair. i tried to go get it fixed and the first girl turned me down! I finally found someone to fix it but it took literally almost an hour and a half. I will NOT be coming back and I will be telling everyone not to come here.
I usually always take the kids here for hair cut but the last time neither child was happy with there cut. They missed a huge chunk on my sons hair and they didn't even cut my step sons side burns they are so long that it covers his ears. When you look at him all you see is side burns. We went to the Great Clips on Lone Oak Road the next time and it went well. We will come back I just will be way more specific about their cuts.
The haircut is consistently inconsistent. I've come to this place for about two years now and it's frustrating to leave a very generous tip, but never be remembered and never get the same haircut twice. The cut style is recorded on their computer and they print it out, I've even showed pictures on my phone, but they never seem to understand it. However, even though the cut style has a name (which is mispelled and mispronounced in their computer) it never turns out the same. Today, my haircut doesn't even resemble what was verbalized and repeated back to me. When the employee's talk negatively about a customer, who's left the store, in front of other customer's or worry about whether they sign in online, that creates a different atmosphere. I won't be giving them my business anymore.
