I've been there a few times, two times now when I've asked for a layered haircut they have given me a straight cut. I've had to call and reschedule to get my hair reshaped by a different stylist twice. I don't live in town so it's a real inconvenience to make a special trip just to have them correct their mistake. So if you like, just a straight cut go for it. They are nice, courteous and friendly, but don't know how to cut hair my hair the way I like it.
Nice for walk in or online check in service. As with any salon, the level of talent varies. Overall I've had good luck with this one.
Made appointment online for specific stylist. I checked in and she left for lunch. No one bothered to tell me. I figured it out when another one wanted to leave (while the place was packed) and I heard them say she was not to until my stylist returned.
Good no frills haircut at a good price. Even without an appointment there's rarely a wait but you can put your name in online and they'll let you know when to come in. I've never had a bad haircut here.
I have been going to this Great Clips since they opened,the staff is friendly and I always get a good hair cut! My only complaint is that,while I enjoy a little small talk and enjoy getting to know the girls,but a couple of the girls cannot talk and cut hair at the same time and a couple of the conversations have really been unnecessary for example today when I got my hair cut the other stylist kept going on about the medical problems that she has had and her father has had while there were 2 other people were waiting to get their hair cut,I do not want the the stylist to hurry while they are cutting hair they just need to be more aware of the conversations they are having.
