This is the first time I went to the hair king and he is definitely is the hair king he took time to look at my hair. touch it ask what I wanted and we went from their. he cut my hair with his wonderful talent. I came down from Michigan for an impromptu visit and needed my eyelashes filled while here. I found Hail the Hair King on Yelp, and liked the reviews. Sherri Shannon is their eyelash extension professional. (If I lived here in BloNo, this would be my regular salon.) NOTE - I am used to high-end, professional Urban Decor salons. I was a bit taken back by the 'bling' decor in this particular salon. REALLY funky and fun. Don't worry - the professionalism is there. Not only is Sherrri an experienced lash professional, she is also VERY knowledgeable in skin care treatments.

Sherri did eyelash extensions for my son's wedding. They were awesome. I loved them so much. She did exactly what I wanted. They looked so natural. I didn't have to worry about crying, and mascara running down my face. I would recommend Sherri to anyone. She made me look great.

I have thick and wavy hair. This was my first time coming here, I'm new to town, chose this place because of the great reviews. My hair was already damaged but I've been managing it and so it's been looking a lot healthier for a while. Went in for a cut and I got the opalex treatment to hopefully finish away any extra breakage. I spent $100 or so dollars, I didn't notice any difference after the treatment but thought maybe I should give it time. He straightened my hair while it was still damp so I left this place with my hair even more damaged than it was when I went in. And this was a month ago I normally have to get hair cuts once every 3 or 4 months. I wanted to get another hair cut when I left there just to get rid of the excess damage done to my ends after it was already cut the first time: only reason I wanted to write this review was to tell people to save their money on the treatment. It did nothing for me. I left the second star because I will say I can tell he is passionate about hair, he's just not the hair dresser for my hair. Left there completely unsatisfied and pretty upset because I've been working on my damaged hair for about a year now and about 2 inches of it was pretty damaged in a matter of an hour.
