Normally this great clips is decent-ish but this time I had signed in online and came in and took my spot and was waiting for my turn and then some dude came in he wasn't even signed in online and they just took him as soon as a spot opened up I don't know if I will ever go back to this great clips again only if I'm desperate for a haircut

Ok lets start by saying if you sign in online does that really mean you are inline? I assume not, as I was next inline and have been waiting for 10 minutes when another customer came in ( not signed in) and never was! She skipped me and went to the person she knew by name and took care of her. No explanation of why! So after many issues with this location I will me moving on as they refuse to be customer service friendly and quite frankly they are not too nice. I will take my $5.00 tip to another place ( not great clips). If you have all the time in the world to wait use this location but remember if you expect to be next you better hope the friend don't show up for a free cut while the boss is out.
This location is horrible. It has happened on multiple occasions where they closed 2 hours than what is posted on the website. I submitted a check in online it told me 72 min wait, so I got there 10 minutes before my check in and one of the stylists said sorry, were closed even though I explained to her I had already checked in and she pretty much told me I was out of luck.
Do NOT go to this Great Clips. After having my son's hair cut there several times by two different stylists, who accomplished that by reading the instructions printed off the computer from his original stylist, The woman he had today completely ignored the instructions and simply buzzed his entire head, cutting off a solid 3-4 inches from the top which he has worn long for years. Adding insult to injury, when I complained the stylist and manager, Kendal (who refused to tell me the name of HER boss) were completely unapologetic and when I demanded a refund I was told that all she was going to do was give him a free cut next time. As if I would ever take him back. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. Do NOT go there.
