Always get great service and a great haircut. They have raised their prices. Now a man's haircut is $18.00.
Booked appointment online said 47 minutes wait time . Checked in on app , walked around Home Depot and check wait time now 32 minutes . Walked a bit longer (20 minutes ) checked my wait time should be about 10 minutes now it says 48 minutes. Never again wasted an hour

Treat employees poorly, don't care about you, only your money. Price might seem good but not for what you're getting... you can get a wash cut blow dry for 25$ at a mom and pop shop they charge that to dry your hair never mind wash or cut... want you done in under 15 mins no matter what you want....they purposefully schedule their employees on the schedule that they are unaware of when they're going to be scheduled so you the customer cannot find a stylist you like and constantly request them. Also all the time customers will wait till very last minute to show up and expect to get a haircut wash blowdry or haircut for that kid which expires expected to take about 2030 minutes but will show up about five minutes before the door closes and it's awful company doesn't care about what happens in the salon they don't care about the employees and they don't care about you as a customer all they care about is money at the end of the day
