so i wanted a low taper fade but I think they might of messed up Iand I think that they should fire Pedro

Just posted a review a minute ago but when closing my phone and running my hand through my hair I felt a bald spot that the guy made on the back of my head when he was shaving my neck. He literally took out a big chunck of hair, like how is that even possible!!?? Very much do not recommend this spot and hopefully that man never cuts hair again!

I've never written a review before but I had to for this haircut. All I wanted was a half inch off like I get everytime at the great clips back home. The guy cutting my hair looked like it was his first time ever cutting hair before and completely did not know what he was doing. He barley touched some parts of my hair and took too much off on other spots just eyeballing everything. Never coming back to this location, do not recommend!

so were do I start I traveled 5 hours to get the hair cut and they fucked it up. So they bleached my hair to no point of return the lady burned my neck and purposely got bleached in my eye i'm blind in my right eye now. Her name was AMY she hates everyone and her life so she tries to ruin people!!!! Now i'm bald and she started saying racist slurs to me and when i refused to pay they held me captive with a hair dryer cord and then threw me in the supply closet i didn't get out until January 1st. when i went to the coops they were all in it too. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL WILL BE SUING.

Came in for a trim and to get my bangs touched up because it had been about a year since my last haircut. The stylist seemed like she was competent because she looked at my reference photo and understood what I wanted, but her service was NOT good. First of all, she was working as though someone had a gun to her head telling her "go faster!" She was also quite a hair puller! If she met a snag in your hair, she just kept tugging until your hair gave way. She soaked my hair with the spray bottle, which would have been fine if she hadn't turned on the hairdryer for all of two minutes before saying "ok, all done!" My hair was still wet when I walked out onto the street, and it's not a warm day in Minneapolis. Don't get my started on the haircut she gave my boyfriend, either. He came in with hair that was probably 4" at the top, and asked for "half an inch off the top." He left with buzzed sides and 2" long on top, looking like a jock from an 80s movie. I'm taking myself to the Aveda school, because I trust literal students, who are still learning, to do a better job than she did.
