I'm only commenting on this specific location. I've never had an issue with the location at the north end of town. However, this place is a joke. I've come here several times during posted business hours only to find the lights off in the door locked. No explanation posted, just closed for an unknown reason. Never going back. They don't deserve your business.
I brought my nephew in with me to get a haircut we were side by side getting our hair cut and my sister (his mom) went to check on her son (my nephew) his hairstylist was Jessica she gave my sister some mean looks as she approached her son and a huge ordeal took place where the lady was absolutely out of line and out of her mind! She threw her scissors on the table and said I'm not doing his hair now. She started humming and walking to the back then came out mumbling something under her breath. My sister asked why are you being this way to me I didn't do anything wrong I was checking on my son who by the way has autism and actually needs me most days. Rude and disrespectful women I can't believe she scared my nephew and my sister walked out in tears. Then another lady comes out with glasses cuts his hair and messes it all up, she even left patches of hair on his neck and then charged us $17 for the haircut!!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS SALON WITH YOUR KIDS EVER!!!! Even the other stylist had nothing to say to us when she knew that lady was in the wrong all she said was you aren't actually allowed to be on the floor! Wow just Wow!!!!
It wasn't because I had to wait it was more like " we are doing you a favor " talking at you not to you. Very rude pair of stylists.
I would like to give a huge shout out to Angie!! Thank you so much, you were punctual, professional and friendly, and my boyfriend likes his haircut!! I gave a four star only because it wasn't my hair she was cutting. So often people will only give a bad review. But I think Angie should get the recognition that she deserves for doing such a great job! Thank you, Angie :)
Really bad attitude to the lady that was working there I get that she was the only one working but please be more respectful to your customers! Being rude gets no one anywhere! Really snotty attitude
