I've been to a few Great clips with varied results. The last one I was at left a long strand of hair that I didn't notice till I got home. Plus, the hair wasn't balanced, in other words, longer on one side than the other. HOWEVER! I believe her name was Jo Ann, and she took her time and gave me the perfect haircut. She had a great sense of humor and made the whole experience great. THANK YOU!

I hate to have to post a negative review of this location. I have gone here many times in the past and had a great experience and hair cut. It seems there is another manager and service is not as expected. Let me explain my experience. 12-9-22 at 11 am, I walked in due to not be able to check in online. I got checked in. I immediately noticed the online check in screen was not turned on. No worries only one person ahead of me. So I thought... While I was seated waiting one person was done and paid. As expected they called the lady who was waiting. After a few minutes a male walks in and says he checked in online. She checked him in on their system and went back to cutting the ladies hair. I noticed the other employee was finishing with a customer. Great I will be next. She takes her time getting her stationed clean. I barely heard her voice and the male gets up and walks back for a hair cut? Wait, I walked in and was on their system prior to him checking in at the salon? I looked up and both ladies look at me then put their heads down. I was shocked at how unprofessional they were. The manager should have told me they had an online check in before me. At least she should have offered an apology and said, I will be right with you. It has always been my experience that even though you check in online, walk-ins have priority if you are not in the store. Otherwise their sign should not say walk-ins welcome. Their should be signage that says, online check ins have priority over walk in customers. The manager should explain this as well if they have people checked in online who are not in the store. This allows me to check in or leave. I went to another location and got immediate service even though their were people checked in online, but they were not in the store. Sad, these employees don't understand simple customer service.
