It's not everyday you receive the worst haircut of your life. My record is on file for how I get my haircut here and an exact picture of how I get it cut. And they managed to give me the worst haircut I've ever received because I was being rushed through. Total disregard for the picture and my file.
Furthermore if you are going to chain smoke outside wash your hands before I have to smell smoke hands around my face, basic professionalism.
Pretty good great clips in a convenient location you go in and it's so minimal weight there's always a lot of ladies working and they're always friendly and take care of you so I'll definitely be back
If I could rate this experience out of 5 it would be a zero, but unfortunately the lowest I can rate this place is a 1. First of all they kept cursing, 1 lady accidentally cut herself with scissors, and they messed up my hair completely. The end of my hair is not even at all. It is all jacked up and crooked. I asked for a hard-part which they did not give me. They also left random chunks of hair on my head
If I could give it 0 stars I would have. Can't remember the stylists name but she hacked my hair all up. I get a 0 guard to 1 guard to a finger length fade. Easy enough cut. She left me with a flat spot in one side of the top and when I pointed it put she made up some excuse about it was the hair on the other side that was being pushed up by other hair. I have never had any other place have an issue with leaving me with a flat spot. She also left the transition from the side to the top looking haggard. She was more worried about gossiping with the other stylists and dancing then taking the time to make all the hair even on top. I will never frequent this particular store again.
I have been getting my haircut at Great Clips, Hillview for about 2 years now. Today, I met Kyle. After getting home and looking for my self, I really like the way my hair looks when he finished.
