I think they were just fine I don't know what the deal is they only have a couple of ladies working at the time I don't know what the deal is with people not being scheduled and or if there's just not anybody wanting to work I got a good haircut they got me in early and I actually like this location of Great clips and the other location East of town way better than the one on North Hoover they always give me the newbie at the one on North hover, I don't know why I always have to be the guinea pig for the newbie like I want to seasoned person not like a brand new person give me a blind person the result would be the same thank you
They ladies here are so amazing here! I was trying a new hairstyle and they did an amazing job but I didn't end up liking how I looked in it. So I went back in to tweak it a little. She then again fixed it for me. After returning home my family didn't like that either. So I went back a third time and they were so nice and humble to change it and give me my regular hair cut. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. The ladies here are very understanding and they make conversations to keep you company. 100/10
Very very mad of the chopped up mess my hair is in. I expressed that my daughters wedding was coming in 7 days and needed my hair feathered back in the front, not only did I have to go back the second girl was no better than the first. I tipped both of them 10 bucks plus the 22 dollar fee for the cut. Horrible! Can't do anything with it! A simple cut turned into a terrible mistake! I feel ripped off!
The younger ladies at this salon are amazing. They are patient with my 10 year old and engage with him about Pokemon, Nintendo, etc. He had one bad haircut with an older lady who seemed like she was maybe newer, but she was also very sweet.
