Completely butchered my hair. I grew it out for 3 years for the so-called stylist to hack it off in second. Asked for LONG layers to keep the length she processed to hack off over 10 inches and leave me with uneven ends and zero layers. I'm not even sure what she was trying to do. A 4 yr old could have done this cut and gotten the ends more.even .she was rude and rushed the who cut. Not sure what her issue was. Sad because I have never had service like this at great clips like this before with other stylists. If this one is open I will leave or wait. Never again.
All i wanted was a refresh in my layers and trim. Sweet young lady, very friendly but could not cut hair. I went back a week later with another stylist, and boy my hair was chopped! Dont know where they find these people. My last visit!
