Brought pictures to get my bangs done. She refused to do what I asked. She was rude. She said my bangs could   not be done  be like the pictures because the women in the pictures had different hair style. It was bangs. They are crooked. I asked her to texture it and she hacked pieces in it. There were 2 hair cutters(not stylist). The one that did it was the old brown headed woman, not the the blond long haired one. The brown headed one needs to be fired. I am embarrassed of my hair and cried when I got home.

The first time I went in here Mary gave me an inverted bob with an undercut and it was amazing. I was hoping to catch her again but she moved to another location. I ended up getting Shannon. I know it's on me for trusting someone new to do the same thing someone else did but even from the very beginning she just sat me down in the chair and said same thing as last time? And I said yes and she just started cutting. And I was like are you going to wash it? And she said I can get it wet enough. And so I wasn't sure if she was going to wash it after but apparently you have to request this they don't ask you if you want your hair washed. Even though my hair was very oily. So I asked and she said it was six dollars extra for a wash and I said OK. And then after she was done cutting she started blow drying and I was like well I really wanted a wash.  So she washed it. Nothing special. And then my waves completely flattened so she cut a little bit more. And then she didn't even hand me a mirror or twirled me around so I could see if I liked it and so I had to ask her to do that. And I needed it shorter so she cut it shorter. She was a super sweet girl but I will not go back to her. She cut my bangs and then when I got into my car I had hair all over my face she didn't even brush it off. I felt like she was just rushing me through. And she just wanted me to get out of there so she could move onto her next person.  I've been having a really rough few days and just wanted to be treating myself and was hoping to leave feeling prettier and better but I just felt more stressed. It was an extra $20 for her to blow dry my hair using a brush. Absolutely no way.  And my hair is still damp.  She didn't even look at me facing me to check that left and right sides were even. Girlfriend is sweet but I won't go back.

Worst haircut ever.

Customer service is not a thing. Manager was very rude and overcharged me.

This is the haircut my daughter got three weeks before she was getting ready to go to a marine ball. A general manager tried to help but was in disbelief after she seen the haircut and looked at it for 20 minutes before she did anything. The owner or the company will not call us back. It cost us $900 to get hair extensions put in and the only thing they offered us was a free haircut and a refund for the haircut that she got.

I used to enjoy getting my hair cut here until today. I have school pictures in 3 days so I went in to get a trim. It had been a while so my notes said I did a 4 on the sides and trim the top. I came in and told the lady that I wanted to just trim the sides and the top. She then replies, "so 4 on the sides right? And I say "no just about an inch off on the sides" (keep in mind my hair is quite long at this point) she then proceeds to take a 4 guard to my sides. So then I had to get the top cut shorter so I didn't look completely stupid. She basically did the opposite of what I told her and has now ruined the start of my junior year. So thanks for that.
