I received the worst haircut I have EVER had!! And I am in my 70's! Way shorter than I asked for. The back of my hair is so chopped up...uneven layers! I asked her what she was doing....she just kept cutting and said she was trying to fix cowlicks! Even my husband says it's way too short...and he never says a negative thing about my haircuts!!
I will never be back, and I advise others to skip Great Clips. You don't even get what you pay for!!
I wanted my hair cut to my shoulder and have layers instead she cut my hair to my shoulder and then cut some like a inch about that. It looked like a child cut my hair... and the next day I realized she left a few clumps of hair longer then my shoulder wtf (she said she was from a different store and came there to help with shortage of workers) worst hair cut I EVER had!!!!
The staff were all very kind, the service was quick but also with attention to detail (didn't feel rushed). Definitely will be coming back! Highly recommend.
Walked right in and got great haircut no wait have gone to great clips in Florida Washington and Tennessee always good but this one extra special.
