One of the barbers decided to cut of .5 inches off the top after I told them specifically not to. And I also gave her a description which she should understand since they have a degree in this job. Well. . . I didn't think spending hours in a salon was going to happen but it happened last month. I was waiting for hours before they finally got to me. I sat down in the chair and the employe didn't listen to a word I said. I asked if a trim, 2.5 inches or so. They cut 5 inches! The employees attitude was absolutely horrendous. She didn't care about her mistake. Not to mention that the ends where choppy. The last next to me was having a similar issue. An employee cut her hair the wrong way, absolutely no skill whatsoever! Think twice before going to this establishment.
I have never received such a poor haircut. Around my ears is sharp jagged cuts. This has destroyed my confidence. It is uneven and the cowlick I have that I keep long was buzzed away, so I will have to go through the awkward process of growing that out again. For such a simple cut I had no idea it could be messed up this badly. On the other hand, the barber was no older than 22 years old and it seemed this was her first day in the job. My nightmare. I will never be back. I can't believe this level of skill is allowed at such a place called "Great Clips". Wow! I would have been better off blindly selecting someone off the street and would yield the same result.
I checked in online. Walked in 1 hour later and then they had to take all my info again? This online checkin thing sucks around the country. It's meant to make things easier but it complicates the hell out of things.
I just got a haircut. I wanted about 5 inches cut and the lady cutting my hair cut 3.5. The back was way longer than the front and now I look stupid.
