I've had two bad haircuts in my life me both have been at the Hendersonville location of Great Clips. I'm not picky at all but after today's disappointing haircut I'm done with Great Clips, especially this location.
Payed to have my children hair cut and she didn't do a good job. Had to take him to a Barber to have it straightened up.. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.
My husband had his haircut today by Chanel (spelling?) at the Spartanburg Hwy location in Hendersonville, NC and to say he's upset is an understatement. He comes home to show me his new mohawk and it looked great until he turned around. Look how lopsided this cut is... completely unacceptable. He said Chanel (sp?) asked a coworker to come over and help because "my eyesight is bad"... now he's assuming she realized she messed up and needed help trying to "fix it". He paid for the haircut and tipped both women VERY generously, just to leave looking like this and to come home and have to shave his head because of this awful haircut. What a joke. Do better.
Fran did an absolutely amazing job on my sons hair. We are here visiting on vacation and last minute decides his long hair needed to go. My son is thrilled. It isn't easy to please a 16 year old. Thank you Fran you are amazing.
