I walked in as a new customer and the staff was nice. My stylist did a good job on trimming my ends and caring for my hair. I will be going back in August!
Very friendly staff who takes time to make sure you're taken care of. I went at a very busy time but once I got in the chair they took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my hair style. They also have a good selection of styling and hair care products from American Crew that I like.
Covid protocol was followed, from what I observed, all staff were 100% masked.
Heidi did my hair just like I wanted and was very professional.
I had checked in online right in front of the store and waited no longer than 2 minutes even though the monitor showed 5 minutes.
All in all, I had a very good experience. Recommend this store.
They aren't good at this location, don't go here. They won't listen to what you want, just want you out of the chair asap and take you're money while they're at it.
The absolute worst haircut experience I've ever had. I wanted bangs and I told the stylist to cut them long because my hair curls up. I showed her pictures I also told her to only cut off the split ends and give me long layers. She literally cut my bangs super short and just cut my hair straight across no layers. It was so embarrassing. I have plans, and start a new job, and she messed up my hair so bad . I'm at another great clips now to get it fixed. I will be calling corporate. The other stylist that fixed my hair as best as she could said it was cut totally wrong. Bangs are still too short but she fixed the rest. I will write a glowing review for that location and stylist.
The manger handled the issue at this store for me and gave me some great style advice for my hair and.a gift certificate worth the cost of the haircut. I really do appreciate that. Thanks
