If I could give this salon a 0 rating, I would. Not only did this lady give my son an uneven cut, she CUT HIS DAMN EAR!!! How the hell?? This was the worse experience.

Never again....went there to get a kids cut for my son and was told a 45 min. Wait and then when the 45 min wait was over was told it would be another hour wait. Understandable that its busy but wasting a customers time is unacceptable maybe put on more stylist if the demand is that bisy

I am disappointed I come here once in awhile and I understand again why it is only once in awhile I asked for a particular hair style and the staff did not know what they where talking about they said they would have to take a little off the top to achieve what I wanted I figured they meant a trim I was wrong they took off half my hair on the top I could show you many pictures of what I wanted so obviously it is possible I guess their skill level was not up to snuff too bad. Definitely going to have to stick with my other studio. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is they actually cut my hair well despite the fact that they could not fill my request.

They do a great job cutting my hair. They do it exactly the way I like it. The stylists are very friendly and I've never heard them complain about their job or other stylists. I prefer a barber, but this location does a pretty good job.
