I've been going here for years. Kim is amazing and very talented. She always does a fantastic job, and is very professional.

I made an appointment to get my hair colored and a trim, when i showed up to get my hair done, Kim was 10 minutes late. I had to wait 10 minutes for her to do all the things she had to do before she started her scheduled appointments. Kim trimmed my hair, and that was all she said she had down for me to have done. She also said she could do the color but no time to style, I told her to just color the roots which she said it would be $5.00 cheaper and she could get done faster. She put the color on and said it would be 30 minutes, she never washed the color off from around my hairline, 20 minutes later, she said it was long enough . She took me back rinsed my hair, and shampooed, no conditioner. Dried my hair, no special styling. When I got to cash register to pay which is cash only, no checks, or credit cards, she said it would be $77.25. That's the same price I pay for a full hair color, where was the $5.00 off? That's Penny's salon prices and there you get treated like a queen. If she would have done my hair the way she was suppose to, it should have taken almost 2 hours, she was done in 1 hour. When I got home I had to wash the hair color from around my hairline on my face. She is suppose to be the owner, she is a poor example for an owner, very irresponsible, if she does many customers like this she will lose customers. She is too expensive on her prices.

Made an appointment for my husband on the app, it was confirmed, email sent-he shows up for said appointment-and was told they don't have him down. Ridiculous. He even showed the stylist the confirmation. I'm sure this business will not last long.

I always go here and am very pleased with the prices and stylists. Sometimes it is difficult to get a haircut if you are a walk-in or need a color, but usually if you call in ahead of time you can get an appointment within about 24-48 hrs. Around holidays, back to school, homecoming, or prom, plan on making an appointment a week in advance. Very clean and professional. In fact, I have been there so often for several years that I have witnessed the stylists reactions when they have difficult and unreasonable customers. They always treat even the most difficult of customers with kindness and professionalism.
