I wanted to cut my hair shorter, the master asked me several times if I needed this length. In general I am satisfied with the result.
I called to find out today if they have started washing peoples hair before they cut it. I was informed that they still are not offering that service. While all the other salons offer shampoo and a blow dry after you have your haircut this location is still not offering that service. Who wants to have their haircut dry. I certainly don't. To use Covid as an excuse to not wash someone's hair is ridiculous! It's one way for them to save water and utilities, and loose customers in the process.
Check in online! It makes it easier for the stylist and gives you an estimated wait time. I assumed walking up that the wait time online was a lie once I arrived. I brought my daughters to this location and the estimated wait time was 15mins. Didn't look like it upon arrival but I was definitely wrong. The hairstylist did an amazing job at keeping the schedule going. These ladies here today are on top of it. We were seen at our estimated wait time. Both my daughters love their haircuts and got exactly what they wanted.
