We've been going here now for quite sometime never a long wait and the ladies do a good job and even will carry on a conversation if you like. The salon was very clean and organized. I brought my son here for a fix of a very bad haircut from a barber. They are also great with kids. Won my business thank you.
My experience was horrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. The girl that chopped my hair had zero personality and was in a rush. Why? I do not know. There was no one waiting. I was very specific about what I wanted even down to the size of the attachment for the clippers. I came out looking like a plucked chicken. I drove to the nearest salon Super Cuts and they kindly cleaned up the cut. I'll never return to This Great Clips again.
These ladies always do a great job with my boys' hair. They take the time to make sure I'm happy with it as they go, yet at the same time they are always quick and efficient. My 7 year old said "she was such a professional" which made me LOL coming from a 7 year old, but yeah, agreed, they are knowledgeable and skilled. They really excel with keeping everything sanitized and have followed strict safety and cleanliness protocols throughout the entire pandemic. We will keep going back for sure!
Didn't seem to care and rushed through the whole process. Didn't ask for layers but got them anyways. I'm very disappointed. (gave me a mullet)
I like that is close to home and walking in is better than the barbershops I have had appointments for. My daughter has curly/wavy hair and it is difficult to cut. Cherise is great; showed her a photo on my phone and she copied the style beautifully. However when my daughter needed a trim, Cherise was not working that day and the next stylist couldn't replicate the look. My teen son tried to get a buzz fade clipper cut there and it didn't work out with his hair texture as it had at the barbershops.
