I went there checked in and had a 15 minute wait and time kept going up and people after me in line were being called up so I went out to my car and called the store letting them know i was in there for 50 mins and the people after me got in and that i don't get why. The lady proceeded to say it's because i'm not in the store even tho i just walked out 0/5 ridiculous service.
Takes too long to get a haircut. They also didn't honor a coupon for a free haircut awarded by the Red Cross for donating platelets claiming it was for first time customers only, which wasn't true. Me thinks the lady answering the phone didn't want to put my name in the cue for a free haircut late on a Friday afternoon. It also seems their hair styluses never seem to stick around long. Always new faces every time I pave gone there.
I have always got great haircuts, quick and friendly. I always go to North Crest and am always pleased.
Two days before my sons birthday.. I decided to take him in and get his hair cute the way he likes.. she messed it up, attempted to 'fix it' and still is the worst haircut.. I could have done a better job myself with no experience.
Not at all happy with what I got. I literally showed pictures of what I wanted done and she just did what she wanted. Will not be coming back here ever again and it sucks because the lady who used to cut my hair ( until she left) was the main reason I went. This is not the first time they messed up too.
