We wanted to get my sons hair cut today before the first day of school and they are closed and it's 4:00. Why? You'd think they'd be available at least until 6pm. The 2 stars because we've been there before but I can't say that it's ever been worth more than that.
I asked for a half inch off and they took my whole head off and gave me a bowl cut and mullet combined. Would not recommend to anyone who wants what they ask for. Way to overpriced for this service and there are 3 people running the whole place I literally look like dumb and dumber, don't go to this place for your own good.
Came in for a trim just straight across. No layers or anything. Not sure if the stylist just wasn't used to trimming women's hair or what but it was so uneven and choppy. I'd rather live with the split ends than enter another great clips. Nothing great about it.
First time at this location. Check-in on the app is super easy. All staff members I dealt with were super nice. Two different stylists cutting my two boys hair. Turned out well. I give 3 stars mostly because of the cleanliness of the shop. There was a considerable amount of dust and hair in the waiting area. Check in desk and product shelves were really dusty and covered in hair. I understand there will be hair but it was just everywhere. I don't think the place is getting cleaned daily.
These people must get their beautician license out of a fruit loops box. Horrible service. My hair looks like it was hacked by a weed whacker. Totally unprofessional. There used to be a stylist here, Rebecca, who actually knows how to style hair. The woman I dealt with, Maria, was not only borderline rude to me, she also did a pitiful job. The people here don't even try to style your hair they just hack it up and send you on your way. They don't even dry it. They care more about getting you out fast and moving on to the next customer than about making the customers happy. It might be ok if you just want a very simple trim or cut, but they cannot handle anything that requires skill. I tried this place to save money but as with most things, you get what you pay for. I won't be going back.
