I was so nervous I was gonna walk out with my hair looking bad and it was the complete opposite! I got layers by an amazing stylist, Holly! I highly recommend her and going to great clips!
No use to check in here. My spot was deleted when I arrived . When I asked why I was told they only hold check ins for a certain amount of time. When I asked how long the check in was good for I was told "I don't know".
Checking in online doesn't really mean anything to these folks. I checked in and when I arrived nobody else was on the list and one guy ahead of me. I sat down and waited. While I was waiting 2 people walked in. When she was done cutting the guys hair she called up one of the other people. I walked out. As I drove out of the lot I called the store and she gave a bs excuse and was rude. Been getting my hair cut there for 4 years. Won't be back. Only giving 1 star because zero isn't an option.
I can't believe it. Just wanted 7 inches cut off in a straight line. Couldn't even do that. My hair is very uneven. This is unbelievable. Very disappointed.....
Disappointed! My 13 year old daughter was devastated when she went back in to resolve an uneven cut. The stylist could not simply fix the issue, so she had someone else come over to help (manager I assume). The woman did not listen to my daughter and cut another 4 inches off her hair. She epically failed!! I don't think my girl will ever get her hair cut again. This place is a disgrace. They don't have a clue.
