Great Clips in Egg Harbor Township, NJ

Would give 0 stars if I could. Took my son for cut and figured since we were going away I get a little trimmed since there was no wait. I do have a regular stylist and I guess this is what I get for letting someone else cut my hair. I have medium length pixie cut and like I said I just wanted a little trim. I even showed the woman a picture. Well.... She literally scalped me. I can't even say I got a decent man's haircut. The top of my hair is an inch longer than the back and side which are just about to the scalp. And I swear I have bald spots where she chopped into my hair over and over again with thinning shears. When I got home I was furious but what's done is done. It will take months to grow this mess out before anyone else can even try to fix it. If you want a good woman's haircut this not the place. Please save yourself and go someplace else.

Terrible..checked in online, 16 minute wait..still waiting 35 minutes later after they took a guy who just walked in. one girl was cutting the same guy for 20 minutes, doing more talking than cutting. Walked out..called to talk to manager..she wouldn't come to phone. A mess.

I went in to get my curly hair cut... I wanted layers and a little off the ends... the lady cut my hair in 4 sections and that was it... did one layer and then blow dryed my CURLY HAIR. i walked out not satisfied with my hair, one side has layers n the other is the exact same as I walked In not happy at all n don't recommend if ur a female to go here. seems they cut mens hair better then womens. The lady did not listen to what I wanted n now my hair is messed up!

It's not worth the risk. Took my 10 year old daughter in for a simple cut longer than the chin and walked out with a layered boy's bowl cut that hasn't been seen since 1970. So upsetting. The individual who cut her hair clearly had no idea what she was doing! If these are the people Great Clips is willing to hire, it certainly isn't worth the risk to save a few bucks. I won't be returning and I do NOT recommend - not even for a simple child's haircut!

Horrible! I've gone to this place for haircuts for the past 12 years, and have always been satisfied. But it seems the haircutting ability of the recent workers has severely declined. The past two visits they've made a terrible mess of my hair - not even fixable. I come out looking like I asked for the Scarecrow Cut!! And all I asked them to do was to trim it to the same style that was already existing. I figured the first incompetent cutter was just a bad hire, so I returned. But I'm now left wondering if they just hire the Beauty School drop-outs. Amazingly bad hair cutters. Twice in 5 months is punishment enough for me. I'll never return. Such a shame. If I could give less than one star, I would...
