Went in for hair cut, mani and Pedi, wax, charged 105.00, girl chopped my hair off and didn't style it, she immediately went on to the next victim, nails barely lasted 3 days, missed hair on waxing, so embarrassing, never again. Thick dust covered ever inch of the place, owner sat in front looking bored- get off your ass and clean something. Never again, avoid this dump, disgusting.
Laurie is the best. I have been going to her for years and highly recommend her to others. Whatever you ask for she can do!
I made an appointment with Hair Sense 2 weeks in advance and explained to the receptionist that I was speaking with that I needed a relaxer touch-up and I haven't had one this year due to Covid-19. I asked her if they did them there and she said yes and she scheduled me with the hairstylist Kim for July 13, 2020@9:00 AM. When I arrived there with my mask on Kim met me at the front door and I introduced myself to her and she told me that she didn't do relaxers she was sorry but she didn't have the experience. I told her that's not what I was told when I made the appointment. The moral to the story is, I wasted my time, my parents gas to take me there only to be humiliated. It's very poor business on their part especially since I did everything the correct way.
Emmanuel is the best stylist!! He has been doing my hair for well over 20 years now.. The salon is owned by Kim, she is super mice and always has a nice greeting. Walk in's are welcome.
