I come here anytime I have appointments in town. As long as I get Toni, everything is amazing. But you get one of the people who last 3 months and gone...nightmare. I have a buzz haircut, it's so easy..buzz no 2 on sides and 4 on top!
Such a sweet lady cut my hair. I usually stay quiet while getting my hair cut but she was very engaging and even parted some wisdom on me. I did a terrible job describing the haircut I wanted, regardless she did an amazing job. It's killing me that I can't remember her name. I just thought she deserved a shoutout although I'm prob yelling into the void.
I travel a lot and have relied on this chain for years and this location several times. Tonight I just needed a quick cleanup... waited fora chair quit a while. The gal goes into her spill about it looked like I isuall get a two or three clipper. I tried to inform her I was in a hurry and just needed a clean up.... Had a meeting in 25 minutes. She back away like I had asked her out... not a chance of that happening. She retorted "it's going to take as long as it takes".... I didn't need much, snd my hair is really simple.. they rarely spend more that 10 to 15 minutes on it.... Needless to say I had wasted the last hour waiting on them while two of them tried to figure out how to process a gift card. Never again.... Don't need to support a business with employees with attitude. Frustrating experience. Advanced check in was worthless.... Give some one who cares about their customers your money.
Never been to this location before. I would give no stars if I could but I literally called ahead to make sure my disabled autistic child could come in and they said sure no problem. As soon as I get there they tell me it doesn't matter if he disabled he needs a mask. I do not recommend to any parent that have a disabled child. Just sad
It's been seven years' since I first reviewed this place and they remain a solid three stars when it comes to a quick and inexpensive haircut. I'm willing to trust Great Clips with my receding hairline - they treat my male pattern baldness with nothing but respect!
