Quick check in. Poor customer service Horrible culture between stylists. Three Spanish speaking stylists and one who doesn't understand Spanish being bad mouthed by the other three while on her break and when she came back they were criticizing her and urging each other not to answer the phone and let her get it. Both showing their hostile work environment and poor consideration for the customer on the phone. As for technical skills, I went to get my child a haircut. I had the phone ready to keep his head still. The stylist rushed through the first part and didn't tell me there was a problem. She told me not to worry and that she is skilled to adapt to my child moving while she was trimming the top. She finished in record time then asked me to check his hair. The roundness of the neck wasn't perfect however the bigger issue was the cleanup around his left ear which I didn't notice until I went around him to check it. She didn't mention that he moved his head causing a problem since that portion was done at the beginning and he was still for that because he knows with the buzzing of the clippers not to move his head to avoid injury. I figured there was nothing to do but was honestly upset when I saw how bad it looked so I didn't tip her. When my dad went in to let her know why we were not happy with the cut she became confrontational , shifted the blame on me and said that she was a stylist and not a babysitter and my child was moving excessively. This escalated the situation more as my dad told her why she didn't wait for him to settle down. Another stylist came to her defense saying that she did the best she could. Yes. She did the best she could and that's her style and skill level. Lesson learned. My child who is normally cheerful and thankful to his stylist in Nebraska, left the store here crying because he was worried that his hair was horrible because he moved. I trusted her skills and ability to cut a four year old's hair but obviously that was a mistake. If she had told me about the issue before I saw it , we probably a my be here now and if this stylist and her coworkers were able to admit to a mistake when it happens and own up to it, they would have had a tip and three star review instead of one. Use them at your own discretion.

Cynthia is my go to stylist and has been for a few years now, she has always done an excellent job cutting my hair. 5stars! Seems like this shop is the busiest in the area. They always greet people coming in.
