Have been there twice to get my pixie haircut refreshed. Each time I was assigned to a different stylist, both of which did an excellent job of cutting my hair exactly how I wanted. Customer service is great, and both times, I was able to be seen in 1/2 hour after booking an appt on line. I see no reason to go anywhere else for a haircut.
I really like this great clips because all of the associates are very kind. The one giving me my haircut today was very talkative and interested in my day/weekend. I also like the fact that they keep my measurements on file so that I don't have to remember them. I still forget measurements lol! The only bad thing is the price for a man's haircut is now $22 without tip. Although, how do you understand that there is a inflation everywhere I remember back in California it used to be $12 for a man's haircut. in conclusion, I love the fact that I only live eight minutes away walking. I will definitely be coming back!
After reading the reviews I was hesitant on coming here. Considering they are very close to my house and open at 9am, I took the chance. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The two girls were very nice. Great customer service. The one who cut my hair did a great job and we had great conversation. I'll definitely come back here again.
I went in today to get my 4 year old a hair cut. The hair cut came out fine but the customer service was horrible. The lady who cut his hair was very rude. Didn't even talk to my son or greet us when we walked in. Not a "hi" or "hello" or "how are you?". Even when he was getting his hair cut the lady didn't say one word to him. She also looked very irritated and quiet when I asked her if she can cut it a bit shorter. If I were to run a bussiness my top priority would be to teach my workers that great customer service is a must. Please teach your staff to be more friendly and greet their customers.
I called to see specifically when Amanda would be in. I made an appointment online and when I got there I told Amanda that I would like her to please cut my hair. When it was my turn, it was with another stylist and Amanda wouldn't even look at me and just completely blew me off. Super rude and disappointing. Who does that to customers?
